The 13th Warrior

In AD 922, Arab courtier Ahmad Ibn Fadlan accompanies a party of Vikings to the barbaric North. Ibn Fadlan is appalled by the Vikings customs-- their wanton sexuality, their disregard for cleanliness, their cold-blooded human sacrifices. And then he learns the horrifying truth: he has been enlisted to combat a terror that slaughters the Vikings and devours their flesh.

I was at first not willing to see this movie because i wasn't a big fan of Antonio banderas. Boy was I wrong on this one. This is a very cool movie about a man without a land who fights along with people who are not his own. He see's things that terrify him yet at the same time intrigue him. The ways of the vikings that he accompanies aren't his but he adapts to their ways in his own way and fights for the good of the group. I give this movie a 9.5 out of 10. I suggest anyone who likes fight scenes and bloodshed to see this movie fast. And you might as well just go pick up a copy cause your gonna love it.
